Colfax Avenue, Denver, Colorado. The issues will be heard in the order listed in this notice unless changed by agreement of the state board. STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION ACTIONS The state board will conduct a hearing to consider the following: Waiver of filing deadlines for exempt properties pursuant to § 39-9-109 (5), C.R.S. The recommendations of the Property Tax Administrator regarding taxpayer complaints and additional taxing jurisdiction complaints filed against Saguache County pursuant to §§ 39-2-111, 39-2-114 and 39-9-103(2), C.R.S.; Continuation of the 2011 orders of reappraisal issued to Saguache County pursuant to § 39-1-105.5, C.R.S. (two parcels) 2008, 2009, 2010 Pueblo Wells Home Association 2012 Cheyenne San Luis Valley Community Mental Health Center 2012 Costilla Centennial Area Health Education Center(two parcels) 2012 Weld REPORT ON TAXPAYER COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION, COMPLAINTS FILED DIRECTLY WITH THE BOARD AND RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTIONS FOR SAGUACHE COUNTY Review the report on the investigation of complaints filed with the property tax administrator pursuant to § 39-2-111, C.R.S. by the individual taxpayers Terry and Trish Cole and the Baca Grande Water and Sanitation District alleging that the Saguache County Assessor has not placed all taxable property in the county on the tax warrant for collection of property tax according to the Colorado Constitution and statutes. • Notice of Public Hearing State Board of Equalization October 11, 2012 Page 3 Review complaints filed directly with the board against the Saguache County Assessor pursuant to § 39-9-103(2), C.R.S., by the Northern Saguache County Library District and the Baca Grande Water and Sanitation District. Pursuant to § 39-9-103(2) C.R.S., consider the petition of the property tax administrator for a reappraisal order under § 39-2-114, C.R.S. of all classes of property necessary to properly inventory all taxable property in the county; properly classify and value those properties; and list them on the tax warrant as required by the Colorado Constitution and applicable statutes under § 39-9-103(2), C.R.S. Consider the property tax administrator's recommendation for a finding of dereliction of duty against the Saguache County Assessor as allowed in § 39-9-103 (6), C.R.S. FINAL ACTION ON INCOMPLETED 2011 ORDER SAGUACHE COUNTY Final Action on the incomplete 2011 order of reappraisal of residential property issued by the board at their meeting held October 5, 2011 recommended by the assessment auditor and issued under § 39-1-105.5, C.R.S. FURTHER DISCUSSION OF THE ANNUAL STUDY AUDITOR'S RECOMMENDATION REGARDING PARK COUNTY This item is for discussion and action of the state board only. No additional testimony will be taken. The issue is the non-compliance with HB11-1146 as presented by the Auditor at the meeting held October 25, 2012.
