Re: Funding Letter#1 to Allocation Letter#3 of Master Contract#2234 with the Colorado
Department of Public Safety—Community Corrections Services
Enclosed is notification from the Department of Public Safety (DPS) indicating increased funding
for the delivery of certain treatment services for offenders at the community corrections
facility. The increase in funds is $20,000. I project that these funds will be fully spent by the end
of SFY 2011-2012. Please note that these funds are a percentage of overall funds committed by
the State as part of our Master Contract with the DPS. All funds are managed/processed by our
Division, and reviewed by the Community Corrections Board monthly. Please see Account
#24220-4340-OTS, if needed.
Thank You,
Doug Erler
