Logic suggests that the spacing unit covers the E2 of Section 18 which would bring in the SESE of Sec 18. We are also paying the well on a 320 acre E2 spacing unit. Hudco 9-18- Go to the documents and look at the document titled Application for Permit to Drill, Deepen, Operate. Well is spaced to include SESE of 18. JSND-E2, NB-CD-SE. S18 T2 R65 SE4 NE4 Muse 1 (There is a resolution to do a commingling between Muse 1 and Muse 2, which Muse 2 falls under the Lease above). Muse 1 is spaced E2 of Sec 18 for JSND according to APD. S18 T2 R65 NW4 NE4 Seaton 2-18 JSND- Go to the documents and look at the document titled Application for Permit to Drill, Deepen, Operate. Well is spaced to include SESE of 18. JSND-E2 S18 T2 R65 W2 Potts X18-10- Go to the documents and took at the document titled Application for Permit to Drill, Deepen, Operate. Well is spaced to include SESE of 18. SE spacing. Potts X18-15- Having issues loading the docs for this lease but according to the Scout Card the spacing brings in the SE of Sec 18. W saw pooling on the amended lease, which may be why these are in the file. But if you have any visual/maps/plats that link these together, please let me know.
