RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Landon Cogburn be appointed to said board
as the cement contractor representative, to replace Antonio Arguello, and that Christine
McDermott be appointed as the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado
representative, to replace David Pallasch, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Landon Cogburn and Christine
McDermott to said board, with terms to expire April 10, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Landon Cogburn and Christine McDermott be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee, with terms to expire April 10, 2012.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of February, A.D., 2012.
