The undersigned certifies the ownership of their decimal in production or proceeds as described above payable by K.P.
Kauffman Company, Inc.
Payor shall be notified, in writing, of any change in ownership, decimal interest, or payment address. All such changes
shall be effective the first day of the month following receipt of such notice.
Payor is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the
interest in production claimed herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Payor any
amount attributable to an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled.
Payor may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals $ 100.00, or pay once a year, whichever occurs first, or as
required by applicable state statute.
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or
operator or any other contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Division Order, the undersigned and Payor may have certain statutory rights
under the laws of the state in which the property is located.

RE: Weld County Royalty Interest in K.P. Kauffman Company, Inc. Operated Wells
Dear Ms. Gesick:
K.P. Kauffinan Company, Inc. (KPK) operates several oil and gas wells in Weld County in
which the Board of County Commissioners owns a royalty interest. A recent audit of our
suspended royalty accounts revealed several wells in which the payment of oil and gas revenues
to the County has been suspended. In November 2011 KPK converted its accounting and
division order software to a new system which resulted in suspending certain royalty owners in
error. In addition, the conversion uncovered several accounts in non-payment status that we are
actively analyzing and attempting to put back into payment status.
KPK records indicate that Weld County owns a royalty interest in the following wells, which
have been suspended as indicated below:

KPK is prepared to release the total of$125,908.08 in suspended funds to the County upon
receipt of County signatures to the 15 updated division orders enclosed. Please do not hesitate to

orders KPK will release all suspended funds to the County.
