RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF CELIA HARDIN TO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Celia Hardin be appointed to said board as
the Department of Labor and Employment representative, to replace Don Schofield, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Celia Hardin to said board, with a
term to expire December 31, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Celia Hardin be, and hereby is, appointed to the Workforce
Development Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of April, A.D., 2012.
