The Weld County Council held a special meeting, Monday, March 19, 201 a-pm.
in full conformity with the Weld County Home Rule Charter. This mEREP¢alsThEtalat
the Weld County Administration Building, Greeley, CO.
ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by President Charles Tucker.
Councilwomen Perry Buck and Ginny Buczek and Councilman Don Mueller were
present, constituting a quorum of members. Also present was Council SecretaryKarla
Ford.
NEW BUSINESS: Marge Klein was interviewed to fill the District 3 vacancy left by
John Kivimaki.
After discussion, Councilwoman Buczek made a motion to appoint Marge Klein to fill the
District 3 seat for the remainder of the current term, which will end December 31, 2014.
The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Buck and carried.
Councilwoman Buczek made a motion to adopt Resolution 190 appointing Marge Klein
to District 3 seat for the remainder of the current term, which will end December 31,
2014. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mueller and carried.
