RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF CHARLES (C.J.) ARCHIBEQUE TO COMMUNITY
CORRECTIONS BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Community Corrections Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charles (C.J.) Archibeque be reappointed to
said board as the Citizen representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Charles (C.J.) Archibeque to said
board, with term to expire August 1, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Charles (C.J.) Archibeque be, and hereby, is reappointed to the
Community Corrections Board, with a term to expire August 1, 2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of July, A.D., 2012.
