I am writing concerning a question I had received about the Division Order for the following property:
Property Number: 1096764
Property Name: HEIN 40-1 NB-CD
Venture Number: 327959
The Division Order contained two legal descriptions. However, Weld County only has records for one of the
legal descriptions (TIN R66W SEC 6: SENE,NESE). There are no records that we can find here for the
property described as property described as (TIN R66W SEC 1: SENE, NESW). Do you have records
indicating that the County has a mineral interest in that area?
Also, could you let me know how the interest amount was calculated? —Is this for the 2 properties combined—
or one?
