RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #4443 - SHAW
FAMILY LIMITED LIABILITY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the request for Recorded Exemption #4443 was submitted by Shaw Family
Limited Liability Limited Partnership, P.O. Box 1227, Longmont, Colorado 80502, for property
which is located on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the E1/2 SW1/4, and part of the NW1/4
SE1/4 of Section 29, Township 2 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
being more particularly described in the plat which shall be provided by the applicant and known
as Exhibit "A," said plat to be recorded, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 17th day of January, 2011, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to July 13, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.,
and then from July 13, 2011, to January 16, 2012, in order to allow adequate time for Lafarge
West, Inc., to proceed with its reclamation process on the property, including the completion of a
Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) study, and
WHEREAS, on January 16, 2012, the Board determined it advisable to continue said
matter to June 18, 2012, in order to allow Lafarge West, Inc., time to proceed with the process
of applying for the release of the southern portion of the property, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
June 18, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
