RODRIGUEZ SERVICES, INC.
e A public hearing was conducted on June 27, 2012, at 12:05 p.m., with the following
present:
Commissioner Sean P. Conway, Chair
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner David E. Long
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe
Planning Department representative, Chris Gathman
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 18, 2012, a public hearing was conducted to
consider the request of C&M Rodriguez Services, Inc., do AGPROfessionals, LLC, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0019, for Mineral
Resource Development Facilities, including and an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility
(office and shop building and outside parking, storage and staging area for vehicles and
equipment) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. El Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney,
made this a matter of record and explained the original notice for this date was not published;
therefore, a subsequent notice has been published and this matter is being continued.
IR Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, stated staff is requesting a continuance
to July 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., to allow adequate time for publication of the legal notice. le In
response to Chair Conway, Esther Gesick, Deputy Clerk to the Board, clarified all five
Commissioners will be present at the future date. No public testimony was offered concerning
this matter.
e Commissioner Rademacher moved to continue consideration of the request of C&M
Rodriguez Services, Inc., for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit, USR12-0019, for Mineral Resource Development Facilities including and Oil and Gas
Support and Service Facility (office and shop building and outside parking, storage and staging
area for vehicles and equipment) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to July 18, 2012,
at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Garcia, and it carried unanimously.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 12:10 p.m.
