a FIFTH: In the event that my beloved wife, Elsie Rose Rohier, shall
; predecease me, or we shall perish in a common disaster, or she shall depart
this life within six months after my death, or byleason of illness or injuries

arising out of an accident or other calamity in which we may both be involved, with
the resultant loss of life to my wife and my self, then and only in any of such events,
I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my property, both real, personal and
mixed, of whatsoever kind and nature remaining after the payment of the items
hereinabove in Paragraph THIRD, to the following:
(a) An undivided ten percent (10%) thereof to my sister, Mildred
(Mrs. Kenneth) Gibson, now residing at Highway No. 65, N.E., Minneapolis,

Minnesota. In the event my sister, Mllered alimony shall not survive me, I ,
• give, devise and bequeath the share towhich my sister, Mildred Gibson, would have
been entitled to my sister Lola (Mrs. Harry) Higel.
(b) An undivided ten percent (10%) thereto to my sister, Lola
(Mrs. Harry) Higel, now residing at 2313 Bateman, Hastings, Nebraska. In the
event my sister, Lola Higel, shall not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath
the share to which my sister, Lola Higel, would have been entitled to the two
children of said Lola Higel, to-wit: Allen Higel, now residing in Scottsbluff,
Nebraska, and Joyce (Mrs. Kenneth) Hillman, now residing at 219 Logan,
Sterling, Colorado, or the survivor of them.
i (c) An undivided seventy percent (70%) thereof to my sister-in-law,
'{f1{ Viola Donaldson, now residing at 6500 West 47th Avenue, Denver, Colorado. In
, the event my sister-in-law, Viola Donaldson, shall not survive me, then I give,
devise and bequeath the share to which-my sister-in-law, Viola Donaldson, would
have been entitled, to her children then surviving, or to their descendants as a
class, per stirpes and not per capita, in event of said child's death.
�l. (d) An undivided ten percent (10%) to my sister-In-law, Adeline
'h Biros, now residing at 4817 Julian Street, Denver, Colorado. In the event my
sister-in-law, Adeline Biros shall not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath

of the subparagraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) of Paragraph FIFTH above shall be
deceased, then in such event the share thereof to which said parties would have
}4;t: been entitled is hereby devised and bequeafsl and shall be distributed to my
lawful heirs.
SIXTH: I direct that if Paragraph FIFTH of this my Last Will and Testament
becomes operative and I shall have an interest in any business at the time of my

death in which Frank Pluss, Sam Pluss, Jr., James Pluss, Albert Kramish or
Marilyn Kramish or any of them shall also have an interest, then and in such event
such Pluss family members (including the Kramishes) shall have the absolute right
and option to purchase from my estate my entire interest in such business (including
any real and personal property used in connection therewith) in proportion to their
• then interests in said business, and my Personal Representative shall sell and
• convey to said persons my said interest. The price therefor shall be the book
value as of the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding my death,
and determined in accordance with the accounting methods theretofore used in
such business. If the said option Is exercised, said purchase price may be-paid,
at the option of the purchaser(s), either (1) all thereof in cash or (2) 20% thereof
in cash and the balance by equal annual installments on or before four years from
the date of such purchase, with Interest on deferred payments at the rata of six
(6%) percent per annum, payable annually, said payments to be represented by a

return of income with my wife for any period or periods for which such a return may
be permitted following my death and to pay from my estate the full amount of the
tax due on such return or any adjustment thereof; and to consent that any gifts

made by me or by my wife prior to my death shall, for gift tax purposes, be con-
., sidersd as having been made half by me and half by my wife, and if such consent
be given to pay from my estate any and all gift taxes that may be due because
of such gifts.

cession taxes which may be assessed with respect to my estate or any part thereof,
whether or not passing under my Will, including the taxable value of all policies
of insurance on my life, and of all transfers, powers, rights or interests includible
