RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Susan Carter be appointed to said board
to replace Robert Noffsinger, and that Thomas Grant be appointed to replace Ehren Hunter, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dr. Susan Carter and Thomas
Grant to said board, with terms to expire January 13, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. Susan Carter and Thomas Grant be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with terms to expire
January 13, 2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the25th day of January, A.D., 2012.
