WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Letter Agreement concerning a Three Month Extension of the Master Support Agreement between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Tiburon, Inc., commencing January 6, 2012, and ending April 5, 2012, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said letter agreement, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said letter agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Letter Agreement concerning a Three Month Extension of the Master Support Agreement between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Tiburon, Inc., be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the signature by Chair, Sean P. Conway, on January 31, 2012, be, and hereby is, authorized and affirmed. This termination shall be effective February 1, 2012 for the following agreements, and any and all addendums or amendments: • System Implementation Agreement,dated December 20,2002 including any and all additional software licensing agreements not part of the System Implementation Agreement;and • Extended Services Agreement,dated March 27, 1997.
