What were the results of this discussion? Also, I need you to guarantee me that drawing this • water out of the aquifer will not affect any of the water supply for neighbors and agricultural entities in the area locally and for those who have downstream area water rights. I received a copy of your email addressed to Weld County regarding the USR that went before the Planning Commission last week and next week before the County Commissioners. I am assisting Noble with permitting the project. The water to fill the pond will come from the water line along CR57. Noble will purchase water through a water tap from the water district directly. No water will come from any irrigation ditches or other water sources. I hope that answers your question and please contact me if you want to discuss this or anything else. When constructed, this facility will only be visited on a limited basis by contracted truck drivers to fill a water tank and be onsite for less than 15 minutes. A port-a-let will be available on site at all times. An Individual Sewage Disposal System (I.S.D.S.) will be is-required only if/when any full time employees are permanently assigned to work on the site for the proposed facility and such I.S.D.S. shall be installed according to the Weld County I.S.D.S. Regulations. The septic system is required to be designed by a Colorado registered professional engineer according to the Weld County I.S.D.S. Regulations. Reasons for variance request: • The application Narrative submitted with the USR application indicated that the proposed • project would have a Port-o-let on site as no permanent employees will be onsite. Therefore the typical ISDS regulation is not applicable at this time as it is required when permanent employees are assigned to the property. • This is the typical note/condition for a site with permanent employees. Noble will not have any permanent staff assigned to this property. Noble will have an employee occasionally visit the site to do a security check. Computerized and automated controls will be installed on site and notice of all entries will be recorded/logged in the Noble home office. Only 25 contracted drivers per day will visit the site to fill their water tank. It will take approximately 12 minutes to fill the tank and then immediately the driver will leave the site. • A recently approved water depot/hauling project (Deitzler) was approved here in Weld County and it also does not have any permanent employees on site, and such facility allows approximately 320 water trucks/day visiting the site. It was allowed to have a port-o-let and no ISDS system is required. • Access to this site is to be fully fenced/restricted and access is only permitted by pre-approved code to open the access gate to the facility. • SIT 1 t-eta4 Hello
