Conway, Chair Commissioner William F. Garcia, Pro-Tem Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer- EXCUSED Commissioner David E. Long Commissioner Douglas Rademacher Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe Planning Department representative, Chris Gathman The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated March 16, 2012, and duly published March 21, 2012, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted on April 25, 2012, to consider the request of Abelardo and Nancy Vega for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR-1752, for an Agricultural Service Establishment primarily engaged in performing agricultural, animal husbandry or horticultural services on a fee or contract basis, including a Commercial Rodeo (outdoor) and one (1) Single Family Dwelling Unit per lot, other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A of the Weld County Code, in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. At said hearing the Board continued the matter to May 30, 2012, to allow adequate time to complete a Planning Commission hearing which was continued to May 1, 2012. ID On May 30, 2012, Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. F Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, stated he spoke with the applicants who indicated they would like to continue the case to June 13, 2012, when the matter may be considered by a full quorum of the Board. He further stated this case was previously continued due to a continuance of the Planning Commission hearing. El No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. t Qf P L- 2012-1344 1 °I' � � PL2158 HEARING CERTIFICATION - ABELARDO AND NANCY VEGA, C/O JORGE VEGA (USR-1752) PAGE 2 IR Commissioner Rademacher moved to continue the request of Abelardo and Nancy Vega for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR-1752, for an Agricultural Service Establishment primarily engaged in performing agricultural, animal husbandry or horticultural services on a fee or contract basis, including a Commercial Rodeo (outdoor) and one (1) Single Family Dwelling Unit per lot, other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A of the Weld County Code, in the A(Agricultural) Zone District, to June 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Long, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion,the hearing was completed at 10:10 a.m. This Certification was approved on the 4th day of June,2012.
