A public hearing was conducted on February 22, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

Commissioner Douglas Rademacher

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 20, 2012, and duly published
January 25, 2012, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Bayshore, LLC, do Kerr-McGee Oil and Gas Onshore, LP, for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Amended Use by Special Review Permit (formerly USR-1664) for an Oil
and Gas Production Facility in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District with E (Estate),
C-1 and C-2 (Commercial), R-1, R-2, R-3 and R-4 (Residential) Zone Districts. Bruce Barker,
County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Tom Parko Department of Planning Services, on behalf of Kim Ogle, requested this case be
continued to March 21, 2012, to allow adequate time for a hearing to be held by the Planning
Commission on March 6, 2012.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue the request of Bayshore, LLC, c/o Kerr-McGee Oil
and Gas Onshore, LP, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Amended Use by Special
Review Permit (formerly USR-1664) for an Oil and Gas Production Facility in a PUD (Planned
Unit Development) Zone District with E (Estate), C-1 and C-2 (Commercial), R-1, R-2, R-3 and
R-4 (Residential) Zone Districts, to allow adequate time to hold a Planning Commission hearing
on March 6, 2012. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Rademacher, and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:12 a.m.
