• Waste handling plan
1)Wasted generated on site are from consumable items brought onto the site such as drinks and
food items similar to any recreational facility in the State of Colorado. There is not a current
waste handler going to the site and no need for such handler based on the current and proposed
operation of the site. Waste items are required to be taken out by the members that bring the
items in. The site has a "Pack it in, Pack it out" policy. All new members are informed about this
policy when their membership is accepted.
2) The only chemicals stored on site would be standard household cleaning supplies for the
maintenance of the club house. The supplies are stored in the club house and volume is very
minimal.

The Mulligan hunting and fishing club indicated they would not have skiing with their control of the lease but
the applicant (Highland) did not agree to that condition and has stated so on the record. Mulligan hunting and
fishing club stated at both the Mead meeting and the planning commission hearings that they would not have
skiing but they do not represent Highland and can only speak to uses when they have the lease. The applicant is
Highland Ditch Company and the Mulligan club and Highland will execute the lease once approved by Weld
County.
The camping has been confined to the area near the club house and is not going to be a common occurrence
based on the application.
