WHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution, the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, did create and establish a
Weld County Youth Service Bureau as a resource in arranging a variety
of counselling and aid services for community based youth problem
convention programs, and
WHEREAS, heretofore by Resolution, the Board did create and
establish an Advisory Committee to the aforementioned Weld County
Youth Service Bureau, and
WHEREAS, heretofore and by Resolution, the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, was designated as the rec-
ognized community action agency in Weld County, Colorado, in accor-
dance with the regulations of the office of Economic Opportunity, and
WHEREAS, the Board as the designated and recognized com-
munity action agency in Weld County, Colorado, has determined that
the aforementioned Advisory Committee cannot be of any useful purpose
to the Weld County Youth Service Bureau or to Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the Board has further determined that the Weld County
Youth Service Bureau also cannot be of any useful purpose to the County
as an entirely separate entity.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and pur-
suant to authority of law, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, hereby declares that the Advisory Committee to the
Weld County Youth Service Bureau, be, and it hereby is dissolved; and
that the Weld County Youth Service Bureau continue in existence as a di-
vision of the Weld County Human Resources Department and shall be re-
sponsible to said Weld County Human Resources Department and its duly
appointed Advisory Committee.
