I . . 0293750 THE following covenants are part of this Division Order and shall be binding on the undersigned, their successors, legal representatives, and assigns. FIRST: The oil, condensate and/or other hydrocarbons received hereunder shall be delivered f.o.b. to any pipeline or carrier designated by THOMAS G. VESSELS who gathers and receives said oil, condensate, and/or other hydrocarbons, the said THOMAS G. VESSELS shall pay for such oil, condensate and/or other hydrocarbons to the respective owners according to the division of interest above set forth at the price received. SECOND: Quality and quantity shall be determined in accordance with the conditions specified in the purchase agreement with purchaser designated by THOMAS G. VESSELS . THIRD: The undersigned, and each of us, in consideration of payments by THOMAS G. VESSELS to them as above provided agree to hold THOMAS G. VESSELS harmless from all loss, costs, expense, or damage he may incur by reason of his making payments as herein provided against any parties asserting any interest or claim thereto.
