Conway, Chair- EXCUSED Commissioner William F. Garcia, Pro-Tem Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer- EXCUSED Commissioner David E. Long Commissioner Douglas Rademacher Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe Planning Department representative, Tom Parko Public Works representative, Heidi Hansen Health Department representative, Lauren Light The following business was transacted: e I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated April 13, 2012, and duly published April 18, 2012, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Windsor Renewal I, LLC, c/o Musket Corporation, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0005, for Transloading (rail and truck transloading of commodities and materials including, but not limited to, those for the oil and gas industries, grains, petroleum products, sand, pipe, and storage related to the same) in the I-1 (Industrial) Zone District. IE Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. ID Tom Parko, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant is requesting this hearing be continued to May 30, 2012, to allow adequate time to prepare the file from the Planning Commission hearing which was heard yesterday, May 15, 2012; to have the matter reviewed by a full quorum of the Board; and to also allow more time to resolve some outstanding issues. He stated the applicant has been advised there will only be four members present at the future date; however, they still desire to proceed with a continuance to that date. Commissioner Rademacher moved to continue the request of Windsor Renewal I, LLC, c/o Musket Corporation, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0005, for Transloading (rail and truck transloading of commodities and materials including, but not limited to, those for the oil and gas industries, grains, petroleum products, sand, pipe, and storage related to the same) in the I-1 (Industrial) Zone District, to May 30, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Long, and it carried unanimously.
