RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO EXTENSION ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Extension Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Stuart Gebauer be appointed to said board
as the business representative, to replace Guy McEndaffer, and that Robert Grand be
reappointed as the media representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Stuart Gebauer to said board and
to reappoint Robert Grand, both with terms to expire February 1, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Stuart Gebauer be, and hereby is, appointed to the Extension
Advisory Council, and Robert Grand be reappointed, both with terms to expire February 1,
2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of March, A.D., 2012.
