Conway, Chair Commissioner William F. Garcia, Pro-Tem Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer Commissioner David E. Long Commissioner Douglas Rademacher Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe Planning Department representative, Chris Gathman Public Works representative, Heidi Hansen The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated March 16, 2012, and duly published March 21, 2012, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Abelardo and Nancy Vega, c/o Jorge Vega, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1752, for an Agricultural Service Establishment primarily engaged in performing agricultural, animal husbandry or horticultural services on a fee or contract basis, including a commercial rodeo (outdoor) and one (1) single-family dwelling unit per lot, other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A of the Weld County Code, in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. In Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Fl Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, requested a continuance to May 30, 2012, to allow the matter to be heard by the Planning Commission at the hearing scheduled for May 1, 2012. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. Fl Commissioner Rademacher moved to continue the request of Abelardo and Nancy Vega, c/o Jorge Vega, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1752 for an Agricultural Service Establishment primarily engaged in performing agricultural, animal husbandry or horticultural services on a fee ooar contract basis, including a commercial rodeo e/ti : e r �' ��� 2012-1104 (z - 7,9- PL2158 HEARING CERTIFICATION - ABELARDO AND NANCY VEGA, C/O JORJE VEGA (USR#1752) PAGE 2 (outdoor) and one (1) single-family dwelling unit per lot, other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A of the Weld County Code, in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to May 30, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Garcia, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:10 a.m. This Certification was approved on the 30th day of April, 2012.
