RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF PUBLIC
HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Denise L'Allier-Pray be appointed to said
board as the At-Large representative, to replace Robert Guthmann, and that Bill Wood and
Frederick Hepner be reappointed to said board as the District 2 and District 6 representatives,
respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Denise L'Allier-Pray and reappoint
Bill Wood and Frederick Hepner to said board, all with terms to expire May 23, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Denise L'Allier-Pray be, and hereby is, appointed, and that Bill
Wood and Frederick Hepner be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Board of Public Health, all
with terms to expire May 23, 2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of July, A.D., 2012.
