Conway, Chair Commissioner William F. Garcia, Pro-Tem Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer Commissioner David E. Long Commissioner Douglas Rademacher Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe Planning Department representative, Chris Gathman The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 18, 2012, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Quanah Cattle Company, LLC, c/o AGPROfessionals, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0016, for Agricultural Service Establishments primarily engaged in performing agricultural, animal husbandry or horticultural services on a fee or contract basis, including a livestock confinement operation (15,000 head dairy calf facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. El Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record and explained the original notice for this date was not published; therefore, a subsequent notice has been published and this matter is being continued. e Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, requested a continuance of this matter to July 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., to allow adequate time for publication of the legal notice. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. IEl Commissioner Long moved to continue consideration of the request of Quanah Cattle Company, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0016, for Agricultural Service Establishments primarily engaged in performing agricultural, animal husbandry or horticultural services on a fee or contract basis, including a livestock confinement operation (15,000 head dairy calf facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, based on the recommendations of Planning staff and the Planning Commission, to July 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 12:14 p.m. C� ' et-- 2012-1598 1- 11-1a PL2166 HEARING CERTIFICATION-QUANAH CATTLE COMPANY,LLC(USR12-0016) PAGE 2 This Certification was approved on the 2nd day of July,2012.
