RE: AUTHORIZATION OF ADVERTISING FOR SALE ALL PROPERTY HELD
BY TREASURER' S DEED IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Weld County
holds certain real estate by Treasurer' s Deed and that a con-
siderable time has elapsed since all property so held has been
advertised for sale, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado desire to sell all such property so held by Treasurer' s
Deed including all mineral rights thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Clerk to the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado be, and
hereby is directed to advertise for sale all property held by
Treasurer' s Deed in the name of Weld County, Colorado, including
all mineral rights in connection with said properties , and to
report to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado within thirty (30) days following the last publication
of any bids received on any of such properties.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
May, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 8th day of June, A.D. , 1977.
