RE: APPROVAL OF RE-CLASSIFICATION OF $3, 768. 11 FROM ESPANOLA
TO WATTENBERG.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in 1977, the Department of Planning Services of
Weld County, Colorado received a HUD grant in the amount of
$202, 000. 00 for Espanola and Wattenberg Rehabilitation Programs,
and
WHEREAS, $101,000. 00 of said grant was designated to be
used for the Espanola Rehabilitation Program and $101, 000. 00 of
said grant was designated to be used for the Wattenberg Rehabili-
tation Program, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services of Weld County,
Colorado, has requested that $3, 768. 11 be re-classified from the
Espanola Rehabilitation Program to the Wattenberg Rehabilitation
Program, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to approve said re-classification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the $3, 768 . 11 re-classi-
fication from the Espanola Rehabilitation Program to the Watten-
berg Rehabilitation Program be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
September, A.D. , 1978 .
