RESOLUTION
RE: AMENDMENT TO THE WELD COUNTY PERSONNEL MANUAL CONCERNING
PERSONNEL RECORDS SECTION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to amend
the Personnel Records Section of the Weld County Personnel Manual
to accurately reflect the Custodian of Pay Record Group and
Employee Personnel Records as follows :
PERSONNEL RECORDS
"The Employee Personnel and Pay Records Group
are maintained in and operated by the Person-
nel Department. The Personnel Director is the
Records Custodian and the Assistant Personnel
Director is the Assistant Custodian. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Personnel Records
Section of the Weld County Personnel Manual be, and hereby is,
amended as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
April, A.D. , 1979.
