RE: CORRECT RESOLUTION DATED JANUARY 31, 1979 AUTHORIZING THE
WELD COUNTY PLANNING DIRECTOR TO DISTRIBUTE REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL (RFP) STUDY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado did, on the 31st day of January, 1979, authorize the
Weld County Planning Director to distribute a request for pro-
posal, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution stated that the request for pro-
posal was to be distributed to residents in the West Greeley
area, and
WHEREAS , said Resolution should have stated that the Weld
County Planning Director is authorized to distribute a request
to consulting firms for proposals for conducting a planning and
economic study of an area defined as the "West Greeley area" , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to correct said Resolution as hereinabove stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Resolution dated
January 31 , 1979 authorizing the Weld County Planning Director
to distribute a request for proposal (RFP) be, and hereby is ,
corrected as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
February, A.D. , 1979.
