RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM HEDBERG TO BOARD OF
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Retirement, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Hedberg be reappointed to said
board as the Public Member— Qualified Elector representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint William Hedberg to said board,
with a term to expire July 31, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that William Hedberg be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of
Retirement, with a term to expire July 31, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 23rd day of July, A.D., 2012.
