As advertised, this bid is to perform maintenance on the Weld County CNG fuel site located at 1113 H
Street, Greeley, CO. Zeit Energy LLC submitted a bid tabulation sheet which indicates a low bid.
However, Zeit Energy LLC also identified additional fees detailed in their attached Rate of Service would
apply. Given these additional fees, the low bid is Ward Alternative Energy LLC. Therefore, Buildings &
Grounds is recommending the low bid be awarded to Ward Alternative Energy LLC.
