Petition to vacate a portion of 48th Avenue Court
SUBJECT: within Meadow Acres Subdivision.
Mr. Foose, one of the applicants, and his attorney, Mr. Hellerich ,
were each contacted in regards to this request .
The ramifications of said request was explained to each and
Mr. Hellerich requested this be set aside for now. They will
be in touch with us at a later date .

PETITION TO VACATE ROAD By
TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO
COMMISSIONERS:
We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, being the
owners of Lot 2, Block 2, Meadow Acres, according to the recorded
map or plat thereof which is adjacent to 48th Avenue Ct. to the
West and 20th Street to the North and; part of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 3,
Meadow Acres, according to the recorded map or plat thereof which
is adjacent to 48th Avenue Ct. to the East and 20th Street to the
North, Weld County, Colorado, said 48th Avenue Ct. having been
dedicated to the public by a Dedication and Map signed May 20, 1958
and recorded June 9, 1958 under Reception No. 1279970; and
whereas said 48th Avenue Ct. has never been opened, used or
graded and the vacating of said 48th Avenue Ct. as contained in
this Petition, will not leave any lands without an established
public roadway connecting to said lands, namely 20th Street; the
Petitioners hereby respectively Petition the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Weld, State of Colorado to pass a resolution
vacating a portion of 48th Avenue Ct. to wit:
The Northerly part of 48th Avenue Ct. lying
between Lot 2, Block 2, and Lot 1, Block 3,
Meadow Acres according to the recorded
map or plat thereof, Weld County, records.
