RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DAVID ENGEL TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR
NCMC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Trustees for NCMC, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David Engel be appointed to said board to
replace Jim Cosner, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint David Engel to said board, with a
term to expire January 14, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that David Engel be, and hereby, is appointed to the Board of Trustees
for NCMC, with a term to expire January 14, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of July, A.D., 2012.
