RE: APPOINTMENT OF CONNIE GREEN TO FILL VACANCY ON THE WELD
COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , pursuant to Section 4-4 (b) of the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, the Board of Adjustment shall consist of nine (9)
members, and
WHEREAS , a vacancy now exists in District Number Two due to
the expiration of the term of Bob Hogan, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Connie Green of Eaton,
Colorado be appointed to membership on said Board of Adjustment
for a 3-year term, which term will expire on December 31 , 1981
to represent District Number Two on the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Connie Green be, and
hereby is, appointed to serve on the Board of Adjustment for a
3-year term expiring on December 31, 1981.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
January, A. D. , 1979.
