On February 1, 2012, as required by Colorado Public Utilities Commission Rule 3627, Tri-State
filed with the Commission its 2012 Ten-Year Transmission Plan. Tri-State's Plan was included
in a coordinated transmission plan report together with the transmission plans of Public Service
Company of Colorado and Black Hills Energy. The utilities'joint Ten-Year Transmission Plan
report is available at Tri-State's Transmission Planning website at the following address on the
PUC 3627 Projects page: www.tristategt.org/TransmissionPlanning.
