RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD REGARDING NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT
CONCERNING INSTALLATION OF IRRIGATION LINE BENEATH AND ALONG
COUNTY ROADS 18 AND 39, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - DAVID
DECHANT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board was presented with a Nonexclusive License Agreement
Concerning the Installation of Irrigation Line beneath and along County Roads 18 and 39
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and David
Dechant, 8029 County Road 39, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, with terms and conditions being
as stated in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to
April 25, 2012, to allow adequate time for a work session to be conducted regarding the matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Nonexclusive License Agreement Concerning the Installation
of Irrigation Line beneath and along County Roads 18 and 39 between the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on
behalf of the Department of Public Works, and David Dechant, be, and hereby is, continued to
April 25, 2012, at 9:00 a.m..
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of April, A.D., 2012.
