Bear Tracker Energy, LLC has asked Weld County for an early release for construction so that we can start the dirt work, grading, footers, and foundations before winter sets in. As a prerequisite for receiving the early release for construction we need the approval of the local landowners in the area. Therefore, we would like to get your signature below, for a October 2, 2012 (Tuesday @ 1:30pm) meeting with Weld County, showing that you approve the early start of construction on this site.
