The undersigned Applicant certifies compliance with the provisions of C.R.S. § 24-65.5-
103(1), and in support thereof, states and certifies as follows:
I. That Applicant has provided notice, (a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A"), containing the time and place of the initial public hearing on its application
for Case Number RECX12-0046, the nature of the initial public hearing, the legal
description by section, township and range of the property which is the subject of the

Re: Request for Landowner's approval of Weld County early release for construction
for the Angus Compressor Station (T11N-R63W-Section 14 SE4SE4)
Bear Tracker Energy, LLC is in the permitting process with Weld County for
construction of a compressor site to be located in the southwest corner of Section 14,
T11N, R63W along CR71 and between 2 existing well sites in that area. Bear Tracker
Energy, LLC has asked Weld County for an early release for construction so that we can
start the dirt work, grading, footers, and foundations before winter sets in. As a
prerequisite for receiving the early release for construction we need the approval of the
local landowners in the area. Therefore, we would like to get your signature below, for
a October 2, 2012 (Tuesday @ 1:30pm) meeting with Weld County, showing that you
approve the early start of construction on this site. Thank you for your assistance.
Attached is "Exhibit A", a map of the location of the compressor site.
