From: Tom Beach [mailto:tbeach©aseweldfire.orq] Sent: Monday, November 21, 2011 11:05 AM To: Frank Piacentino Subject: USR11-0022 Mr. Piacentino, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me, I enjoyed our conversation this morning. As I spoke of, Southeast Weld Fire operates out of three stations, Station one in Keenesburg is paid with a minimum staffing of two at all times with myself Monday thru Friday which accounts for a third on staff. We have seven paid FF's in the District. The other two stations, Station two in Prospect Valley and Station three in Roggen are volunteer facilities. After reviewing the Community Grange Hall and speaking with the parties involved, we have spoken to the affect that posting a 299 maximum occupancy sign and if they were to go over that mark proper fire watch personnel with their duties known, would need to be complied with in accordance to 403.1,403.1.1. In addition, proper notification and approval from the Fire District would be established. The Fire District requires this type of notification and has 'rticipated in the fire watch process for Weld County Re-3J Schools and Southeast Weld Fairgrounds for many events _.nen they have been over the occupancy load.
