RE : APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LAURA ELDER TO CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN
REVIEW PANEL AS ALTERNATE MEMBER TO REPLACE COLLEEN ANTHONY
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado , pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS vacancies currently exist on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Laura Elder be appointed to said board as
the alternate member, to replace Colleen Anthony , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Laura Elder to said board , with a
term to expire March 4 , 2015 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado , that Laura Elder be , and hereby is , appointed to the Child Protection
Citizen Review Panel , with a term to expire March 4 , 2015 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded , adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of August, A. D . , 2012.
