RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ginger Geissinger be reappointed to said board
as the Bar Association representative;that Lori Hughes be appointed to said board as the alternate
Bar Association representative, to replace Mark Gonzales; that Kelly Slade be reappointed to said
board as the mental health representative; that Charles Archibeque be reappointed and reassigned
as the regular Citizen member,to replace Gregory Kittilson;that Corie Douglas be appointed as the
alternate regular Citizen member, to replace Charles Archibeque; that Dan Fremont be reappointed
and reassigned as the alternate member of the Division of Youth Services and that Tyler Fittz be
reappointed and reassigned as the regular member of the Division of Youth Services, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Lori Hughes and Cone Douglas, to
reappoint Ginger Geissinger and Kelly Slade, and to reappoint and reassign Charles Archibeque,
Dan Fremont and Tyler Fittz, all with terms to expire November 1, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Lori Hughes and Code Douglas be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Juvenile Community Review Board, that Ginger Geissinger and Kelly Slade be reappointed to said
board, and that Charles Archibeque, Dan Fremont and Tyler Fittz be reappointed and reassigned to
said board, all with terms to expire November 1, 2014.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of January, A.D., 2012.
