Home My WebLink About20120065.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE APPLICATION TO CHANGE, ALTER, OR MODIFY PREMISES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - LONESTAR, LLC, DBA VAQUERAS NIGHT CLUB WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Application from Lonestar, LLC, dba Vaqueras Night Club, for permission to change, alter or modify its premises, in connection with its Tavern Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, as described in the application or shown on the premises diagram submitted by the Licensee, and WHEREAS, said application is for the relocation of the bar on the premises located at 10763 Turner Blvd, Unit 1, Longmont, Colorado 80504, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said application.
