RESOLUTION NO.: WHEREAS, on May 18, 2012, pursuant to the Colorado Municipal Annexation Act, C.R.S. 31-12-101 et seq. (the "Annexation Act"), KS Enterprises II, LLC (the "Owner") represented by Kenneth T. Shannon submitted a petition for annexation(the "Petition"), attached hereto as EXHIBIT B and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, the Petition is signed by Kenneth T.
