Dear Norman,
A public meeting will be held Monday evening, January 10,
1'a°7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall on the Improvement District
in your area.
The petition that was circulated in your particular area
was signed by fifty-eight per cent (58%) in favor of the Im-
provement District.
Jay Freese, the engineer hired by the town to do the en-
gineering work on this project, is planning on attending this
meeting to answer any and all engineering questions you may
have.
Attorney Tom Richardson and the Board of Trustees will
also he present to answer legal and financial questions.
Tt is very important that you attend this meeting as this
is the final step prior to the formation of the Improvement
District and final determination will be made at the meeting
wbether or not to proceed.
