North and South bound traffic would be stopped on CR 65 at CR 52. The traffic count for CR 65 was taken in May 2008 with an AADT of 30. The traffic count for CR 52 was taken in May 2008 with an AADT of 94; both county roads are gravel roads. The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) section 26.04 suggests that stop signs should be placed at an intersection of a less important road with a main road where application of the normal right-of-way rule would not be expected to provide reasonable compliance with the law. All of the other intersections in this area are controlled intersections with the exception of this intersection. Public Works recommends that traffic be stopped on CR 65 & CR 52 in the north and south bound direction. 2012-3244 November 8,2012 C:AUsers\egesickVAppDataV Local A Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files VContent.OutlookAxl K6CP0SVBOCC 110812 SS.DOC Hello
