RE: APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
FACILITIES BY THE CITY OF GREELEY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of April , 1978 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado heard the request for review
of drawings and specifications pertaining to potable water supply
system facilities for the City of Greeley, in the Southeast corner
of Section 16 , Township 5 North, Range 67 West, Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
and in the best interest of Weld County to approve the request of
the City of Greeley for review of a potable water supply system
facility, and further to authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign
the recommendation for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned request
for approval of potable water supply system facilities for the City
of Greeley, be and hereby is, granted favorable review, and the
Chairman of the Board is authorized to sign the same.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
April, A.D. , 1978 .
