Subject: Constructive Notification.
To Whom It May Concern; GREETINGS:
Notification is hereby provided that on November 8, 2011, West World USA, Inc. sold,
conveyed, transferred and recorded its deeded interest in certain real property located
in Weld County, Colorado over to various Native American Tribes, American Tribal
Entities (Arms), Tribal Officials, Tribal Citizens and Special Tribal Agents . At the time
that said property was transferred, Mr. Trenton H. Parker was appointed to serve as a
Special Agent for 100 Nations Ranch, Inc. and 100 Nations University, Inc. and is
currently the manager of the subject tribal property. 100 Nations Ranch and 100
Nations University claims tribal sovereign immunity and denies any jurisdiction over
them by the District Court of Weld County pursuant to C.R.C.P. 12(b)(1), (2) & (4). Said
court lacks subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to federal law and the Federally
Recognized Indian Tribes List Act of 1994.
