• Section 4. 2 of Ordinance No. 21 previously passed and

oo , approved on the 19th day of December, 1977 , be, and hereby is,
µ amended as follows :

4 . 2 There shall be at least one emergency medical
Technician in an operating ambulance and the emergency
medical technician shall be in the patient compartment
when the patient is being transported, EXCEPT UNDER
UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN ONLY A PERSON OR PERSONS
HOLDING A CURRENT AMERICAN RED CROSS ADVANCED FIRST
AID CARD IS (ARE) AVAILABLE.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that an emergency exists which re-
quires that this Amendment Ordinance be enacted forthwith, and
therefore, this Ordinance No. 27 is declared to be an emergency
ordinance under the provisions of Section 3-14 of the Weld
County Home Rule Charter.
The above and foregoing Ordinance No. 27 was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the
29th day of March, A.D. , 1978 .
