Project Overview

Proposed USE of the Property
A& W Water Service, Inc. (A& W) on land owned by and leased from West Irrigation
Company, Parcel#071133400013,proposes to create a"Water Loading Dock"on a portion of
the foregoing parcel. Up to 10-20,000 gallon water tanks and appropriate manifolding, served by
District hydrants in CR-55 would utilize the Site. Trucked water will be provided to oil/gas
operations in the area. A yet To Be Determined(TBD)third part water supplier/hauler may share
the Site.
An average of 120 round trip truck tanker loads(85,000#GVW - maximum)per day would
occur.
Approximately one-half of 3.78±acre, Lot A would be impacted.
No employees will be stationed on the Site. Employees will be truck drivers and occasionally a
supervisor. Hours of operation will be 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
No septic nor potable water will be required.
No paved surfaces nor buildings are proposed. No landscaping nor screening is proposed as the
location is within a fallow field. Natural grasses will be retained.

• No new grading will occur on the essentially flat Site. A gravel access road from WCR 55 and
gravel loading areas will be utilized.
Adjacent land uses are agricultural in all directions with oil/gas production operations thereon.
West Irrigation owns the parcels immediately to the north, west and south of the Site.
A&W Water Service, Inc., TBD and West Irrigation will enter into leases for the use of the RE
Parcel. Appropriate notification will advise the County of any future changes in lessee(s) over
the course of the USR.
