Gentlemen:
I wish to take a few moments of your time to comment on an
operation of one of the county departments. I realize that many
times that all you get are complaints and very few people ever
comment when the services and approached to the public are far
greater than expected.
I was in the department run by a hr. Joe Jarvis, of the
Building Inspector Department and was met by one of the secretaries
by the name of Ellen Mills who done everything possible to help
me and with my experience in many state and county offices, I find
that after you have visited with the first person you see, you are
very near ready to fight someone. This girl done everything possible
to help me, even to the point of trying to find Mr. Jarvis who was
attending another meeting and when I finally met Mr. Jarvis he done
everything possible to help me. If all of your departments are
run like this one, it is a pleasure to do business in 'Feld County.
