Gentlemen:
On July 31, 1978 we officially conveyed to you the final phase of the above
projects, the Plaza Area, including the tunnel, for access from the old
Courthouse to the Law Enforcement Building. This marks a milestone with
regard to completion on the project which began approximately four years
ago. In the months and years ahead, you will have need to contact someone
within the Hensel Phelps organization. We would like to request that you
contact Mr. Darwin L. Guinn, Area Manager, who is located in our Greeley
office. Mr. Guinn has been the area manager for the project since its
inception and is familiar with all aspects of the project.
As we indicated to you, both Jerry Pope and myself will still be available
for consultation and assistance; however, please direct all inquiries to
Mr. Guinn.
The facility represents an excellent value in terms of quality and dollar cost
for the people of Weld County and we thank you for the opportunity to serve
you and have a part in creating this complex.
